1. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to the Indstrz platform and its affiliated services.
• User: Any factory, client, service provider, or third party using the platform.
• Management: Indstrz platform management responsible for operation and supervision of platform services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• By using the Indstrz platform or registering with it, you acknowledge and agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform or its services.

3. Registration and Account Use

• Account creation is subject to management review and approval.
• The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain its continuous update.
• Management has the right to suspend or cancel any account containing inaccurate data or violating platform policies.

4. User Obligations

• The user commits to using the platform only for legal and legitimate commercial purposes.
• Exploiting the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities is prohibited.
• The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of information and data provided or displayed on the platform.

5. Nature of Services

• The Indstrz platform provides linking services between factories and clients through AI technologies and smart search.
• The platform facilitates contract manufacturing and digital export operations without direct intervention in agreement details or execution between parties.
• The Indstrz platform is not considered a direct party in any contractual agreement between users unless there is a written and explicit agreement.

6. Liability Limits

• The platform strives to provide stable and secure services, but does not guarantee the service is free from errors or unexpected technical malfunctions.
• The platform does not bear any responsibility for damages or losses that may arise from direct dealings between users outside the platform framework.
• All commercial decisions made by the user fall under his full responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

• All trademark rights, content, design, and software related to the platform are fully owned by the Indstrz platform.
• Reuse, copying, or publishing any part of the platform is prohibited without prior written permission from management.

8. Information Confidentiality and Data Protection

• The platform is committed to maintaining user data confidentiality according to the adopted privacy policy.
• User data is not shared with any third party except according to operational or legal purposes authorized.

9. Terms Modifications

• Platform management reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Users are notified of any substantial changes via the registered email.
• Continued use of the platform after modifications is considered automatic acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are subject to and interpreted according to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• In case of any dispute, it is resolved amicably, and if that is not possible, jurisdiction is established for the competent Egyptian courts.
